Dr. Jane Ansah Attends the Synod of Livingstonia Celebrations in Mzuzu

The Democratic Progressive Party running mate, Dr. Jane Ansah, attends the Synod of Livingstonia celebrations at Mzuzu Stadium in Mzuzu. Livingstonia Synod is celebrating 150 years of existence.

Hon. Dr. Jane Ansah is accompanied by several DPP party senior officials: Rt. Hon. Jappie Mhango, DPP regional vice president for the North; Sameer Sulemani, National Organizing Secretary; and the second deputy president to be, Enock Chihana.

Hon. Dr. Jane Ansah is expected to hold several campaign meetings in the Northern region to drum up support for Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika, who is poised to form the next government.

This prediction is supported by reputable research organizations such as Afrobarometer, IPOR, and SABI Strategy Group, which all predict that Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika will win with 61% of the vote.

Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika is enjoying enormous support from Malawians across the country and is seen as a caring leader. The campaign has intensified as parties prepare for the polls on September 16th.

Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika will face off against the incumbent president, Chakwera, who has lost popularity according to surveys conducted by Afrobarometer, which reports that 89% of Malawians are not happy with Chakwera’s leadership style.
